Avoidance equals
Limitations *
Since our brain literally "fuses"
a negative memory (blind spot) it is important not
to let the memory of that painful event stop us from
reaching our true potential.
We are extremely good at avoiding painful events.
However, what we do avoid can be bound into the physical
body, undetectable until we test the muscle circuit
in which it is concealed.
An avoidance can hide itself in a Belief System so
cleverly that it takes a SUFI Enneagram or Colours
or an Age of Maturity skills to identify and defuse
it.
We are avoiding when we hide behind a cheerful mask
that conceals painful emotions. We're avoiding when
we're not looking at or acknowledging our negative
emotions that reflect the hidden or threatening parts
of our selves.
We go into avoidance when we try to escape from the
present by dwelling in fanciful day-dreams of the
future or those pleasant times we experienced in the
past. Avoidances can stem from the wish to evade or
not be willing to face stressful or challenging situations.
Or we can avoid creating relationships with others
by erecting barriers that are hostile or offensive,
or out of feelings of superiority.
Addressing and healing the avoidances issues assists
in the expression of deep feelings without inhibition,
allowing such feelings to be brought into conscious
awareness, understood and integrated into our life
process.
My goal: to assist you to release your Essential
Awareness the awareness of your inner authority
and to thereby gain the power that comes from an integrated
consciousness of body, mind and spirit.
